Collectible Willie Stargell Baseball Memorabilia


Willie Stargell (1940-2001) was one of baseball’s premier sluggers of the 1960s and ’70s. Affectionately called "Pops," Stargell played his entire 1962-1982 major league career with the Pittsburgh Pirates, amassing 2,232 hits, 475 home runs, 1,540 runs batted in and a lifetime batting average of .282. The National League’s 1979 co-Most Valuable Player (with St. Louis’ Keith Hernandez), Wilver Dornel Stargell was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1988.
